It would seem logical.looks like only the VPS parts covered by the 3 years to me
If you add Vat, convert to Euro plus some shipping then the Eurospares one is a bit expensive, but i do get your point! Also a pattern part I believe.Isn't this more expensive than the ones Eurospares sell brand new? confused.
here we go: £729, a bargain ;-)

get what you saying but the issue with the 32 arms is they would be as well made of tinfoil, slightest bump from a pot hole and new bushes or not, they will crack or fail.If you add Vat, convert to Euro plus some shipping then the Eurospares one is a bit expensive, but i do get your point! Those VPS ones should be as good as new.
Bit of a lottery..!They even value a used control arm higher (848 gbp) than their own new pattern part…

Agree completely.Plenty of arms have had their bushes replaced without issue. I personally replaced my bushes and drove for 15000 miles without issue, including through Rome and Naples (there were plenty of pot holes).
But a few issues are noted and now they are made of tinfoil. We don’t help ourselves when it comes to this sort of thing.
I’ve had about 200 of the 3200, 4200 and GS generation and only once ever had a cracked arm, and every single one of those cars went through an inspection. It is a minor issue blown hugely out of proportion.Agree completely.
Not experienced a wishbone crack myself (9 years ownership) or heard about any for a while.
Fitted new bushed on one front upper without issues as well.
We do talk these cars down at times, no wonder you can’t give them away.
Exactly like in the Porsche World with the IMS bearing for starters.I’ve had about 200 of the 3200, 4200 and GS generation and only once ever had a cracked arm, and every single one of those cars went through an inspection. It is a minor issue blown hugely out of proportion.
Yes, which affects less than 5% of cars but try selling a 996/997 Gen 1 that’s not had it done.Exactly like in the Porsche World with the IMS bearing for starters.
