Morning all

Just back from coffee to find out that Northamptonshire Police have offered me a course rather than points after being caught out by the average speed cameras on the M1, so that’s a good start to the weekend.

Off to out for lunch and then later out for dinner so busy day.
Tomorrow Mrs Scaf and I will both find time to remember our mums (sadly no longer with us) and then later a big family meal to celebrate what a great mum Mrs Scaf is.

Enjoy your weekends ……..

Morning folks , still black here and raining , Managed at least to half polish the car yesterday , ummed and arred whether I should put it back in the garage as it was such a lovely sunny afternoon , so glad i did now ..............least the daffs and crocuses are enjoying the rain, spring is just round the corner I keep telling myself but this rain seems for ever around so depressing

Morning all.

Liz and Alex off to Cardiff later to watch Wales play a game with a funny shape ball. Can’t think of anything more boring to do so me and Dan are off our to Miller and Carters instead and maybe a little look around the dealers across the road - Aston Martin, McLaren, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati, Porsche all in one place. What a sweet shop the the car nut.

That will certainly give the salivary glands a decent work out Andy , be sure to take some drooling tissues

Sold the Ferrari 400i yesterday, after 9 years of ownership. A good friend who lives locally has bought it, so it’s not totally gone from my life and I’ll look forward to seeing it again in the future from time to time.

Which means to today I may well be agreeing a deal on something a little smaller, lighter, faster and French.

Morning, all. Daylight Saving Time, so lost an hour of sleep that I really needed. Oh well. Supposed to get sunlight therapy, I'm told...high today supposed to be 57F and at least the sun is cooperating. Sadly...I will also have to put the mower deck on the tractor for the first time in 2024, as well. IndyCar first, and wrapping this load of looms, before seeing what damage I can do out-of-doors...
