Ah, blue & white speckled skies...dry roads...Marios just told me Doris is ready to collect, but I have a potential new client to see this afternoon, so I'll have to postpone the pleasure until Monday.

Afternoon All,
Sun in and out, blue skies, bits of cloud, wind has dropped, but ground soddened again after last night, 8 degC though so not bad, might just wash the GS if it stays like this..!!
Have a good one whatever you are doing and if you can, go fast..!!

Well all moved in now and just back for lunch...nice pop up restaurants on the wharf so tried those.

Had a strong word with the letting agent who stated I would need to ensure the carpets and flat are professionally cleaned when I leave...not bloddy likely given I have spent the last three hours cleaning the place so clearly not done by the last occupier.

Still glad to have it sorted now.

Lots of dated photos needed, ideally with the landlord standing in some of them; did that for my son and got him next to the oven... Cheeky sod wanted to sting them £100 for cleaning it till they sent him the photo!

But have you seen late tonight and all of tomorrow...I have hads to take all 28 double decker trailers off the road tomorrow due to high winds..Thats will cost my operation around £8000...Don't want many days like that..

Snowed most of the day here - opposite side of France though. I feel for the poor sods who are suffering in the floods both in France & UK.
