Just received my new bolts and wanted to say thanks to Stuart (sprogs64 at aol dot com) for making such quality products.
They are just amazing!!
A little info...
The bolts are cnc turned then milled using only custom 630 stainless steel or as its commonly known 17-4ph stainless steel.
It is the best grade stainless for this application as its corrosion resistance and tensile strength is second to none (a lot stronger than the standard bolts !!).
After manufacture the bolts are heat treated then polished by hand (which is the longest operation by far).
They started off making motorcycle bolts and spindles for friends and now supply many of the British superbike teams because of the quality ( their words not mine! ).
I am really pleased with them and Stuart has been a pleasure to deal with.
