You yanking my chain?Bollox! Christmas dinner, then.
You yanking my chain?
Lol, had to drop out of that because the wife can’t read a calendar...so she double booked us, only I’m not going to her do...sulking with a pet lip instead.
This is big trouble Adam and Iain. It would appear that Dave has accidentally selected the “need to run it by the wife” option. This is serious, I’m not sure that even one of the UK’s top cosmetic surgeons can repair this type of damage.
It’s just the type of amateur mistake that is happening all too often these days. How is the high street to recover if the Dave’s of this world are not educated about the benefits to our economy, the reduction in the post-Brexit apocalypse impact, sea turtle saving and how grin factor directly affects our ability to keep Corbynism at bay?
Without education starting in the home, we are doomed.
Don’t abandon me now.....please...
Haha, I’m trying to recall a Blackadder wit comment.....unfortunately, no matter what I can’t make it,We're here for you, Dave. But you need to act fast. First of all, on or around the 7th of December, explain to Mrs Dave that your choice of not taking the job in Denmark (so that you could spend more time with her) will naturally mandate that you will need to spend less time with her. Natural equilibrium will otherwise be unsettled. But you need to time this right. At the point when she's looking at you like you're a total bellend, you need to hotfoot it to the Christmas bash for a master class in being a total bellend. We can take things from there.
...pin a tail on it and call it a weasel. You need a plan so cunning as to have been written by the Professor of Cunning at Oxford University, Baldrick Walker.

LOL.. I know first hand that informing the wife option is futile. Firstly she won't agree, secondly she doesn't care. Thirdly hide the car so she doesn't see it anyway. Fourthly do it anyway and when she sees it the first time respond with I've had this one for months/years!
Met a V12 VS owner a couple of months ago at a show.
He had a rare manual. He said slower gearchange than sportshift but he wanted a traditional manual box. He wasnt looking for the fastest of changes. I would think residuals might favour the manual box in the long run but interesting to hear Adam's thoughts.
When I bought the GS, I agreed a price with Brett through Dicky, ( Before I even spoke to wife); the problem was, as I don’t usually do finance I couldn’t pay the full amount until the next tax year, think it was late March, so April 6th tontake rest out of business. So..... I told the wife, I’ve just spent £x on a car but I can’t get it until after tax year, she picks her phone up, 1 minute later she is showing me a “secret” bank account, there’s your money, let’s pick it up next weekend....
So we did...
Nah, she’s a keeper....Dave, let us know if you ever plan to put your wife up on WifeTrader. I'll bid.
