Good evening all, took my Stradale to Autofficina for a pre warranty expiry check today.
They have all these exotic Ferrari’s in the showroom, and as I walked around each of these beautiful machines on display, It then occurred to me I that all these Ferrari’s share at least one common part with the Stradale -
the orange side repeaters.
Amazingly, this part has not changed since at least the 80s (maybe even earlier), the same part was used on the 308, 328, 348, 355, even the F40, F360, F430, 599, 612...
How efficient is that ! I challenge you guys finding another part that has been used for as long! You think the sat NAV and those buttons on centre console are ancient - at least they probably came from late 90s or after 2000.
Now that explains why this orange side repeater looks so out of place on the Stradale. I just replaced mine -£35 for 2 pieces of small transparent plastics, expensive for what you get, but definitely worth the money.
