Step 1...Wake up. Step.2 look in the mirror. Step 3...feel and see the anger. Step.4 search for who to blame for said anger inside you. Step 5..make breakfast and read the news. Step 6 analyse news (or maybe not), Step 7..Go to default setting and blame.......take your pick... Step 8.repeat or just let go and change....
