No chance. There is no isofix and no seatbelts. If you were really determined you could find the seatbelt mounts, but I am thinking insurance would be an issue.
I really don’t think that having a baby is worth the sacrifice of having to swap from 2 seat Strad to a 4 seat version.It would be a monumental amount of effort, buy a roof rack....or a car just for the baby. Or swap for a 4 seat Stradale.

You have to ask why would you have a baby when you have a 2 seater.
