Anyone got 40K down the back off the sofa I can borrow?
Detuned to make it more road friendly. Just a bunch of old men buying cars they can't drive.
Regarding the 40k. Not behind the sofa but yes. Although I don't know you, so ask bebs.
I thought you inferred that this car had only been de-tuned so that the untalented old man most likely to be driving it would be capable of doing so. Did I miss your point?I never suggested they drive it on the road.
That's just hogwash. A race car is a race car. A road car is a road car. Those who want to "race" on the road deserve to crash.
Not really. You for the old men and buying cars they can't drive thing just right.
He is going that fast they crawl up his a$$.Do you not get cold balls
If you are looking to spend 40-50k please consider one of these. Affordable to run on road and track after initial layout and it just is in a different league in terms of purity of driving experience to anything in its cost bracket and even much more expensive.
Of course, it's my completely biased opinion.
had a blast against atom in my 3200 and 'appeared to beat him' in a drag race. Once back at the NEC hall 5 discovered my PZero Corsa spat gravel in his face. After that every run was wearing helmet. I like the sunshine and fresh air so prefer a screen to protect my delicate fizzogWell yes I do get chilly Willy for a bit but the engine being just behind does provide satisfactory warmth.
The air flow is so good that driving with glasses on never gets any insects in your eyes and yet you can see them smashed in the tiny aero screen.
Gone Sunday morning, I drove to Ariel's 70th anniversary for its motorcycle division in 4 Deg. Didn't mind it a bit.
It's is very fast though and balls do tend to disappear up my bum sometimes .
any Race engine for the road is like an erection on uninhabited desert island, entirely pointless* and only impressive to the owner.Detuned to make it more road friendly. Just a bunch of old men buying cars they can't drive.

Still enjoying it then, fella? If you are looking to spend 40-50k please consider one of these. Affordable to run on road and track after initial layout and it just is in a different league in terms of purity of driving experience to anything in its cost bracket and even much more expensive.

I’ve been in an Atom and had the dubious experience of seeing a good mate ‘split’ his Atom on the central reservation Armco on the M6. 3 wheels were ripped off, just about every tube was damaged and they ended up stationary in the middle lane. Fortunately, all 3 lanes stopped before they ran through the back of him. The car was totalled, which was a shame as one of the strengthening webs had been signed by the owner of Arial and the designer. Having been so close to the destruction, my spyder was damaged by flying debris, I very much doubt I’ll ever be buying one, no matter how ‘driver focused’ they are.
No consolation to anyone hit by 20Kg of wheel + hub while coming home from the school play.looks like its supposed to shed the parts outside of the exoskeleton as a sort of crash softening
It seems unlikely that a school play would ever be performed on any kind of road. However, it's very normal to use a variety of roads, including motorways, to travel from A to B. One might assume.this was on the motorway, if your school play is on the m6, then the headteacher should rethink their stage positioning.
