Before my time
Love that, Mark...as I recall, Brendan (EnFuego owner) was also a loon. Wonder what's causal? If I recall correctly, he was the only one in my friend group who had a turbo...I was driving a 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo with a 402, so a turbo wasn't needed...My mate had one of them Den in a gold colour. He was a loon in it, in fact he was a loon whatever he rides or drives.
Was he having Injun trouble?Apparently, the Cherokees were after him!
Tbh Den, all I remember it was a Fuego and at a guess as we were all paupers it would've been the cheapest version.Love that, Mark...as I recall, Brendan (EnFuego owner) was also a loon. It was...could literally watch the fuel tank drain itself in real time. Good thing gas was under a USD then...!Tbh Den, all I remember it was a Fuego and at a guess as we were all paupers it would've been the cheapest version.
That Chevy must of been a bit of a beast.
I remember those days and fuel even cheaper being in Jeddah Saudi Arabia and tearing along the Corniche in Trans Am 6.6'sIt was...could literally watch the fuel tank drain itself in real time. Good thing gas was under a USD then...!
Yeah...spent some quality time rummaging around the Middle East thanks to Saddam and Usama...I remember those days and fuel even cheaper being in Jeddah Saudi Arabia and tearing along the Corniche in Trans Am 6.6's

I visited this collection in Malaga last summer, not expecting much. It is brilliant. Combines some amazing cars with fashion. If I recall there was a whole section on hats! Something for the ladies!Spotted some lovely Frenchies in Malaga yesterday…

Citroen?
Judging by how many are for sale in Euroland. I would say that 124 number was probably what came over here. The boys 90bhp ds3 is fun. 207bhp is bonkers.Far too much old French stuff on here for my liking and because I don’t post on here often I going to add a little French hot hatch that often gets overlooked. Silly money when new at 24k and some probably never liked the boy racer colours but I always thought it looked ace with it real carbon fibre body and interior bits, 18 inch wheels and body hugging sports seats plus it was a fun drive. Very rare back in the day with about 124 made but a lot of fun these days for about 5 to 7k. Citroen DS Racing.
