    Suspected Lambda issue

Hi, I would also hazard a guess that its the connector to the sensor rather than the sendor at all assuming that 0% means 0% of the sensor voltage. How about pulling off the connectors to the sensors one by one and seeing if any other of the fields show 0%, this will then narrow it down to...

    4200 Lambda Sensor front connections

Thanks Keith, You are right, no crossover. It came clear to me when i got the second cat back on with the same routing as per your photo. Seems to run fine at the moment but a longer blast is definately called for ..... cheers, Martin

    4200 Lambda Sensor front connections

Hi, I have a bit of "dumb" question concerning the front lambda sensors and where they connect. I removed the sensors as part of another job and stupidly thought that i didn't need to photograph/mark which sensor connected where - mistake! Luckily, I found the following picture of the...

Didn't somebody on here have a similar problem that turned out to be the brake pedal switch not engaging?

EU aims to make foreign drivers pay for offences

I guess this guy would have been a lot happier if it had only been a speed camera: http://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/swiss_news/Driver_faces_$1,000,000_speeding_fine.html?cid=23091098

Warning. Risk of complete brake failure and fire.

I checked the hoses on my car a few days ago and there seems to be quite a lot of space (in masarati terms anyway, maybe 1cm or more) between the hoses and the engine. Can't imagine how it would rub on anything... maybe yours were routed incorrectly or have something else routed which is getting...

4200 winter tyres - V or W rated (plus which brand)?

i recently got some new Vredsteins Snowtracs (not on the masa), brilliant in fresh snow&good on ice, very confidence inspiring and good feedback under braking. I felt they lacked a bit when its just raining but all in all a good tyre and i'll probably buy them again depending on how they wear...

Help please guys - she won't start!

I think EOBD means European On Board Diagnostics - usually engine management checks. Hard to beliebe than an error here would prevent the engine from starting. Sounds more like that the problem is to do with the F1 gearchange not working hence stuck in first. Relay and fuses ok? good...

    4200 not startin

Hi, My 4200 is stranded in the garage & the engione won't turn over, any suggestions about how to proceed? The battery is well charged, cables on tight, fusesseem ok, engine relay tested ok. I put the key in, let the dashboard illuminate and then go out - no warning lights at this stage...

    Gransport Xenon Headlight Adjustment

Yup, should be a main adjuster on the back of the light, its on the top left of this puicture (not xenon) and can be easily accessed/felt through the access panels-could be a bit stiff though (oh err):

    Missing electrical bits?

Thanks, could be the Xenon lights cos i have normal ones. I'm trying to work it out from the manuals/wire colours at the moment

    Missing electrical bits?

Hi, While trying to find out why my 4200 starter motor doesn't turn over i noticed a connector in the relay compartment under the passenger side just dangling in thin air: A bit closer so you can see the cables are yeloow/white, brown/black, black and pink/green: Any ideas on what...

    4200 key buttons

I found my spare key didnt work the night before i was leaving for a long trip to Southern Spain. After opening the key up i found it was the surface mount button which had snapped away from the circuit board. I actually managed to repair it by "very" carefully filing away with a jeweler's file...
