thanks again for the suggestions/ ideas. A further update as I've been able to spend some time on it again today, the head unit is working when fitted to another car. The 30amp amplifier fuse is good as is the 25amp fuse in the side of the amp. The amp is getting 12v on it's main feed and a 12v...

Thanks Loz just found the amp (behind the battery) and checked the fuse (no6 in the boot) and connections all seem fine, looking more like an amp failure :(

Can't see a listIng in the manual for a separate amp fuse, haven't been through all of them though Nothing obvious happened, it worked last time I used the car

An update to say I've refitted the OE Becker traffic pro and it is doing the same :(
