I don't disagree but so far we only have rumours and conjecture. A qualified employment lawyer has reviewed the case and advised there is no case to answer so firing him or having him leave against his will would be very expensive. Let's see how it plays out.

i think normal multi-nationals are governed by the same employment laws and so far he has not been found against. The weight of law has shifted heavily towards employees in the past few years, especially in the EU. Agree that many drivers would have had a good chance but clearly not his team mate.
