So maybe not entirely the right forum, but this pic came out today of the new Alfa Milano. Is it just me or is this hideous?? I do think they lost there way.

Got one myself. Essential for valve clearance adjustment, so also needed for general maintenance. Cheaper than at Hills and for sure than the OEM tool.
Another two from yoga: Cat cow and child pose. Helps me to prolong the time in between physio therapy. On that note, mine does trigger point therapy and unties my muscles. Few sessions there, cat cow child and I'm good to go for a while.
Oh and prevent stress in general.
After nine months of tinkering, took mine out for the first time to do a fuel run to our nice southerly neighbours, where fueling up feels a little less like leaving behind a pot of gold. This happely coincided with some fun twisties to the fuel station, the first nice weather we've seen this...

I've downloaded Davy83's list a while ago and ran with it. Most of the parts I added (line61 and up) have been fitted, but not all yet: Hardy doughnut in the process of doing now.
Just my 5 cents: you must do what you must, but at cold start the lubriction in the engine is at the least ideal point. In addition to the remarks above:
When the engine is off, most of the oil will drain back into the sump. It will take a few RPM before sufficient oil pressure is built up...
