Got one myself. Essential for valve clearance adjustment, so also needed for general maintenance. Cheaper than at Hills and for sure than the OEM tool.

Another two from yoga: Cat cow and child pose. Helps me to prolong the time in between physio therapy. On that note, mine does trigger point therapy and unties my muscles. Few sessions there, cat cow child and I'm good to go for a while. Oh and prevent stress in general.

Just my 5 cents: you must do what you must, but at cold start the lubriction in the engine is at the least ideal point. In addition to the remarks above: When the engine is off, most of the oil will drain back into the sump. It will take a few RPM before sufficient oil pressure is built up...
