So its been at the dealership for a week now. No progress. They say all the computer modules are working fine. Starter ok, battery is fine. They have calls into Modena but no luck yet.....

Life is good.... we are the lucky ones to own a car of this kind... in the meantime I'm going to sit in the pool and have a cold one... Next week I'll let you know the outcome.

Contigo I'm thinking the same thing...... I don't have a lift to get to the starter to try and hot start it and the ECU is a whole other beast..... Dealer tech from 2 different dealers said they've never seen a starter go out.... I find that hard to believe

Ok.... Battery reset didn't work..... everything is tight.... my next task is to evaluate those fuses on the battery + pad.... Any other thoughts? Thanks everyone!

So for those who have replied... here's a pic of the positive side of the battery. There are inline fuses on the mounting plate.... 40, 70, 100, 100. Everything is very tight. Since there is no information of 'battery' fuses in the manual, do one of these goes directly to the starter? I do...
