thanks for the confermation of my ideas! all right! it make has sense : the car is the same...ante /post 2001 ...the engine control sw is the same....they only used a different eobd port....so u can use only a port adapter between the two version! good news for me.... I keep continuing...

question about 3200 diagnostic (is important understand to choose the sw and hw for the eobd dyagnosi) please correct if I am wrong: 1) in 2001 in europe for petrol engine the standard became OBD-II....the diagnostic port became the 16 pin trapezoidal shape so in the past 2001 3200gt u can...

BOHH is strange for me....the gauge should be only reading and no trasmitting on bus like all the obd readers....so no longer effects on the message going on bus...

yes zagato u are right imho....i have tried some alfas...the holden has more or less same cc v6 power and torque of busso...but busso is a totally different engine...is agressive...and the sound is astonish..the holden seems an electric motor compared to busso ...busso seems a race...

the alfa spider was equipped with the petrol turbo 1750 a very good engine..also with the v6 petrol holden....not so bad....ok is not the busso but is not so bad

I got the idea that the thousand of diagnosis are caused from floating earth connections and connectors that are fiat old style (plastics getting harder and contacts floats ... creating spikes that the ECU of that time did not recorded as errors ...) these connectors aren't used since 2008...
