Didn’t even see the overflow!
Didn’t even see the overflow!
Looking forward to your pictures mate.Just got back home and my eyes are still out on stalks! Left about 1.30 to beat the traffic but it was still a bind getting back towards the M25 and strangely saw a bunch of Masers and Ferraris heading south on the M40 as I was heading north to come off at Banbury.
The turnout and variety of cars was fantastic, I've never seen so many Ferraris, Masers and Abarths in one place. Lots of 'stand outs' but top of the list for me would be the gloriously glamourous RHD sky blue Indy, silver Khamsin, jet black RHD 3500GT and the three Ghibli IIs amongst the Masers, the beautiful white Miura, the burgundy Espada looking like something from Gerry Anderson' 'UFO', the utterly fab Dino 308GT4 and the line up of Dino 246s.
Spent £50 on another Maser book, by accident of course!
Pics to follow, I took rather a lot.
(Oh, and the sound of you lot arriving in the Masers was wonderful!)
But not as serious...For those who have arrived but are unsure of who is who, I’ll be here at 10.30 and 11.30…..
And I look like this.
So, where did you hide the body?Well done, everybody, with that cyclist.
Have you checked your boot since you got home? So, where did you hide the body?
Looking forward to your pictures mate.
Lovely pictures and liking the X19Cheers Phil - finally managed to transfer them from my work ipad (my normal digi-camera died on arrival at Brooklands!) to this 'ere PC, total number of pics taken = 790, ergo, I must be mad! I'll edit the best ones and post them here, but here are a few to kick off for now
I arrived quite early in the Abarth and pulled up behind this little beauty...
I want this...
And this...

Nice to meet you Alan. Really enjoyed the drive in and the fact that you blipped your throttle when you overtook that numpty on his bikeBy the way, the Shell Horsley group were terrific. Great to spend time in your company before setting off and getting to Brooklands for around 9:10.
Well done, everybody, with that cyclist.
