Morning all. Went out for my first bike ride since Sundays 100 milers. Ooooh my legs still ache a bit. Managed 31.8 miles though, so obviously wasn't too bad.

More of the same in the office today for me.

No work today

Heading down the country later ready for Beaulieu tomorrow and Sunday. Going to try to get off early so as to miss the worst of the traffic. Resigned to be being bad in places.

Very good morning to all. We have the great unwashed tree huggers in Chepstow this year. Once you they decend by Chestow race course for a festival. Was in the local shop and by George they don't half pen and ink. My boy couldn't stand it and went outside.
