yeah it does, unless the battery is totally drained, and whatever is keeping the alarm alive is also drained.

2010 Qp5, I'm struggling to find a way to lock the car fully, and disconnect the battery without the alarm going off once the battery is disconnected, any ideas? I've got a battery drain, not sure what's causing it, so need to do this in the meantime as I'm only using it every other week or so...

if you've got the aux in and usb socket in the glovebox, just connect a BT unit to that with an audio jack out and connect your phone, easy peasy, set the radio to aux in and away you go.. works great on mine.

mine doesnt pop open at all on the button press, just suddenly stopped working. no idea whats causing it.. have to use the red cord to release it at the mo.

They're about 18-20k over here at the moment depending on mileage etc, older 4.2's are considerably cheaper, one at the mo for avail for 4k. But they're looked after well, and don't corrode at all. Most of them will be weekend cars only so will have lower mileages. Service history is virtually...
