yes it's fine unlocking remotely, which according to other posts points squarely to the solenoid in the doors but they weren't the culprit apparently. re heating, if I switch the right dial to max it blows hot air out ( I'm guessing this setting by passes the temperature control on htt other...

hey thanks for that - I'll get them to check the tdc sensor. central locking is weird. it flasges 3 times when the key is pressed but no locking unless manually in which case it's fine. The temperature I may have not been clear on - it's the inside temperature setting that is stuck on 16 so...

thanks for that - got a quote from kent high performance (Ferrari centre) in Maidstone and they are actually only £75 per hour so I was unjustly maligning them! they've quoted £150 for a 2 hour once over to check it out which I guess is ok ?
