2011 GranTurismo S MC-Shift Sportline

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here, but unfortunately the time has come for me to move on my Granturismo, and seeing as I bought the car through this forum from @Ewan it only seemed right to put it back on here to see if there was any interest before seeking a dealer to do a SOR.

It’s a 2011 MC-Shift with just under 49k miles in Nero Carbonio, with Sabbia interior and pretty much all the ‘MC Sportline’ carbon fibre options available, spoiler, splitters, dash, window trims etc. A really stylish spec, no gangster glass, etc.
It has been dry stored at a dedicated car storage facility since my ownership, and always cleaned and dried before putting away. Always serviced at specialists with no expense spared, and the only thing it’s needed since I’ve had it other than servicing is the suspension bushes.

There are a couple of areas of paintwork that could do with touching up and some stone chips, but these were on the car when I bought it and have never really bothered me. When I first bought it I had it fully machine polished and ceramic coated and it’s maintained a great finish.

Since owning the car I’ve added a few things, it has an auto shield X pipe and wheel spacers. Following the addition of the wheel spacers it had a full corner weighted geometry setup by the wizards at centre gravity (https://centergravity.co.uk/) which completely transformed the way the car handled, and I have all the setup information so it can be replicated again.

It hasn’t really been on the road the last year and a half due to my personal situation, but during this time I went to the car every few weeks and warmed it up fully and ran it up and down a private road to mitigate any deterioration. It’s just been to a specialist and had a full service and flew through its MOT with no advisories.

I’m not too sure on price at the moment, but the specialist who serviced it said they’d happily take it in on SOR, and would advertise it at around £30k with a £3.5k selling fee, which gives a ball park. Like I say, I thought I’d throw it on here before speaking to either the specialist who serviced it, or searching out another dealer to do a SOR.

If anyone’s interested, feel free to ask any questions or for any specific pictures. You can see the thread I bought the car from here :

There are some interior pictures on the thread linked above, it seems as though I haven’t ever taken any!

Lovely looking car and great “forum” provenance - don’t give it away.

If you are going down the SOR route, it has to be worth speaking with Richard Grace (Dickie), or another specialist in these cars.

Good luck
