4200 Maintenance Manual

Hi All,

Since I am using an Indy for service and support here in Dubai, they have asked if it's possible to acquire a maintenance or service manual for my 2002 4200. Since we are normally dependant on the main stealer, we don't have the choice of specialised indies as in the UK.

Any pointers - is it available on a CD? Whilst I haven't identified if mine is early or late 2002, would there be a difference?

Would really ppreciate any help.

Many thanks!!

I think you can find it on amazon.com but they have restrictions on countries that they are allowed to send to. Ebay.com often has somebody offering them for download or on cd, thats where i got mine from. I think the 4200 coupe is also known as M138 in the states (?).

Following this link leads to 'TRADEBIT' - a USA supplier. They offer a w/shop and parts manual on CD which appears to be the genuine article. Can anyone confirm this please?

Suggest you pm Dogleg Martin John , you maybe pleasantly surprised Matt will be able to show you a route to acheive what your looking for

I'd just like to say thanks for the inputs and suggestions on my request. At a reasonable cost of $30, I've acquired the maintenance manual and some other gems of Maserati communication online from Trade Bit.

Whilst no big issues on the car, I hope this will go some way to assisting my 'indy' with some insightful help for the future.

Many thanks all...

Guys just be aware that although these manuals contain a lot of info...they are also missing huge amounts of data (well the QP one certainly is)...
It does have basic information, but when you click on any of the hyperlinks to go to that section, it does not exist.
The QP one I bought (from tradebit) was about 36MB if I remember correctly, the full manual is over 700MB.
Still very good to have though!
Regards,
Enzo.

Hi there - as indicated both here and the US forum - yes it is lacking some detail. The parts list is limited (although I count on Eurospares for the bits I've needed so far). Also the hyperlinks within the workshop manual itself are not present. I've contacted Trade Bit but no answer so far.

Looks like half a job but some useful info.
