Those Giulietta's always made me think you got two back ends for the price of one.... Not to say they are not a nice car just wouldn't be my first choice sorry...

Is that a purple 155 behind...I had one in that colour.....

Not purple, Proteo Red and yes a 155 but not the normal one. It is a Q4 - for those who don't know a LHD only variant of the 155 with Lancia Integrale running gear, 2.0 Turbo & 4 wheel drive. This one has more than a few mods, sits on fully adjustable suspension, bigger brake and track day tyres - oh and the engine pushes out about 300 horses. It's amazing what it can take on, more than a match for most rice rockets and when it comes to the corners, especially in the wet not much can stay with it. A real wolf in sheeps clothes :)

Very fair comment. Love them or hate them a bit. Personally I loved them, they were *so* different from anything else on the road :)

Even rare than most Q4s as this one is an original Widebody Q4, all the UK cars are skinnys but this is originally a French car probably one of less than 250 worldwide.

We can go further with the engine but from here on in we are in to major mods. The gearbox will need strengthening and we will need to look at the bottom end of the engine. For the moment it is fun as it is

I was mainlining adrenalin today and I too, am a Maserati addict. However, I don't intend to go into rehab and will be in for the long haul. It would probably be cheaper to do heroin or crack but f*ck it, I don't care, I'm happy doing what I'm doing!

Benny..Went down to Grimaldi's in the pouring rain this morning driving my old banger 3200GT for retribution....It was prestine when I left Rugby, it looked like I'd done 3K in the Paris/Daker rally when I arrived!
It seems cost effective drive every day Lamborghini's are the flavour of the month down there at the moment!
