One thought I had, could you make a section of the forum only visible to forum members so that google and casual readers can't read everything in case we are discussing sensitive issues? Also, when I joined the forum I didn't have to do an authorisation email, is this normal or was it because I was on some list? Otherwise you may get invaded by spammers.
