Are they chargers or conditioners.

Not sure how deep they go into conditioning. Probably won't have a de-sulphate programme, but they are "smart" chargers as far as I know. I haven't used one myself, but I'm fairly sure they're similar to the CTek chargers (someone please correct me if I'm wrong). My cars/bikes don't sit for long enough to need to use one usually.
