Hi
I could do with some formal 121 mortgage advice.
I have my own home a rental house and a rental flat with lots of equity.
Two of my kids have savings but low income jobs but I want to get them on the property ladder.
There is a property close by that presents both rental and development opportunity.
Need to work out the best options to help them buy the property between them (with me supporting deposit and or acting as guarantor).
It would be a buy to let.
