Anyone got a 4200 rear shock ?

Im having real trouble finding a good used rear shock to replace mine that has a failed actuator .

Iv tried all the usual sources . Has anyone got one kicking around in their garage by any chance ?

He certainly did rebuild them and I have had my rears rebuilt here in NZ once done they can be serviced/rebuilt as and when needed.
It's all about saving the Planet and not putting money into the FCA Group.

Yes tried Greg . He only has a pair of shocks from a spyder . And he can t get them rebuilt anymore .

That's a shame... would be good if there is a specialist who could refurb for us. If Phil found someone in NZ then there must be someone here too who can rebuild Mannesmann-Sachs shocks

Down here you have to adapt being 12,000 miles away from Europe.
It was Ferrari who put me onto the Guy I used as they keep him busy.
He comes from a Motocross suspension background so that might be an avenue pursuing in the UK.

Hi Phil, Would you mind PM'ing me his details?
I have 1 rear shock weeping apparently and a whole suspension project coming up this year.
So to have someone to refurb / improve all 4 would be great.
