For an engine that has only done 18K miles , it sure look dirty and played about with , seems its had some electrical issues at sometime with the splicing thats been carried out , you would have thought the dealer would have cleaned the engine bay , but then again he's probably sheeet scared to get water anywhere near it

that is quite a well known car as it happens.

It turned up on Enrico's pages a few years ago and belonged to a guy who was the father of an eighties female music star, who's name I can't remember.
He specified all the colours; I don't think you could buy 'em like that as standard.

I can't make out the electrical work under the bonnet- where abouts lozcb??

Jim I think you may be confusing this car with another which as far as I know is safe in the custody of a certain specialist.

I think the singer you mention also wrote a song about the car.... "Every now and then I fall apart......"

Does this look familiar???

As a period piece I reckon if you painted the lower half the same colour as the top half it would be acceptable, but at about £3-4k! I'd expect a tidy spyder for this money. (I am referring to the car for sale of course)

Correcto. Although it was a couple of years ago when he was telling me about it, but I got the impression it wasn't going to be sold in a hurry.

It will be decent if 4 Star have it for sale, look at their other cars for sale, they all look A1 condition.
