chipex results

Had a go at using chipex With mixed results only difference is I build it up and wet sanded it down with 2500 wet and dry than cutting compound ,polish and wax.

Pretty much sums Chippex up, if you want perfection then you need a respray, if you only want to spend a few £ then it definitely takes your eye of the chips and is a good compromise.

Agreed. It helps cosmetically but it's not perfect. It's probably worth £30 or so, though.

I can see it but only just and after looking at the before shot, if I was a buyer I'd have to look pretty hard to notice it. Maybe after a few washes and polishes the mark will disappear completely.

How long did it take to do, Maverick?

Difficult to say really ,I built it up over a few days than let it harden for a week before wet sanding and finishing .

Bit like me filling in some holes in my hall wall before painting, filled them in Friday..went to the pub, sanded and painted today!
