Cleaning Door Cards / Repair - what products?

Hi,

The door cards in the 4200 I believe are a leatherette material (i.e. plastic). I would like to bring mine back to their former glory and wondered what people were using as a cleaner? Also, anything to protect them?

There are also a couple of scuffs where the material has lifted slightly - super glue to the rescue?

Some of it is leather.
The side air bag panel is leather as is the black grab handle/arm rest.
It's easy to tell, if the pattern is random, it's leather, if not, vinyl.
I know a lot slag off the 4200 for the lack of real leather, but actually the bits that are not leather are the bits that cause the most trouble in later life due to age/sun damage etc.
Another way to tell is if you push the surface with your finger (padded bits of course). If leather it creases randomly, if vinyl it just deforms uniformly.

Could never quite understand on a supercar/premium product they skimped on the leather on the 4200......3200s are all leather...

What about QPs and GTs?

Bit of a mix again, much like the 4200 as I understand. And some of the plastic is very thin and easily split. It's an interior which needs careful handling!
