When I'm being asked "what's next Mike?" I'm telling them I'm thinking about a Maserati (4200) but how do you go on to describe the model?

Do you say Maserati Coupe?
That could cover all manner of models so I think not, right?

Do you say Maserati 4200?
But then is it four two hundred? four thousand two hundred? four, two, zero, zero? I'm assuming we're not doing the American forty two hundred, pleeaaase!

Do you say Maserati Cambiocorsa? (if going down that route rather than the manual)

Daft question perhaps but Id rather get it right then sound like a proper noob all the time.

Well it's always been a "Thirty Two Hundred" so I'm afraid it is the "Forty Two Hundred" or as you say call it the Coupe. The 3200 was not referred to as a Coupe but as a GT.

Once had some Italians describe my GT while in a car park as a Tremille duecento. Sounded truly magnificent!
