F1 autocentre in Crewe. I can drop it off first thing and still get to Manchester in time for work - they amazingly passed it with no advisories last year (and it was only £30) -I doubt they'll be so kind this year but at least it saves me the hassle of getting my hands mucky trying to find any problems.

Bah! - rusty brake pipe and a poor handbrake. Brake pipe no problem, but by any chance does anybody know if the hub has to be removed to replace the handbrake backplate? It's the differrence between a 5 mins and a 5 hour job.

Length should be 4523 & width I think 1821mm, you can fold the wing mirrors in, but can you get out of the car, yes I think you will be able to, just..!!

Sounds like you have similar dimensions to my garage. Width is no problem - with carpeted walls and always hanging a microfibre towel over the door edge. You're probably slimmer than me too.

Well i've now worked out a way to keep my tumble dryer and freezer in the garage as my lodger said it would keep him awake in his bedroom :mock8: . Two lengths of 4x2" on joist hangers each end with a shelf on top . It a tight squeeze , but i recon its a goer ;P If it a bit tight above the bonnet ill have to let the tyres down .

...and iv made the car look a bit more car shaped for you auto erotics . I may have to cut a hole in the garage door for my new louder exhaust project though :tomato10:
