anyone else having difficulty getting a new password set?
I've been trying since saturday and not yet received a response to my request by email to reset?

No did mine yesterday and got the pin text to my phone and straight in with new password.
You have to do it on a proper PC rather than gadget.

I had an issue on the laptop as I couldn't see the second confirmation box to enter the password, which was greyed out even though you could still enter text. After that it was fine.

Must admit tempted to bin eBay now, most of the stuff they sell now is either **** or normal retail price so sort of defeats the object of using it.

the problem I'm having is no matter how many times I have tried pressing "send an email" nothing arrives either in my inbox or spam......oh, other than another reminder to change my password! so I am stuck on the first step so to speak.

Need to exercise caution on the old fleabay....buyer beware etc

Can't remember what it is now.
The wife though .......... Not a techno fobe ....... Several screaming at laptop episodes later
