Engine shut down

took my daughter to school this morning and went over a large plastic speed hump(very slowly) as the car when over the other side the engine shut down, had to park up and reset the car before I could start it again, has anyone had this problem before?

Used to get this with the 4200 Andrew , posted somewhere on MF , i live in an area where there are loads of speed humps , and many times either had the cc light come on or the car would go into neutral and stall/cut out turned out it was my F1 pump which went shortly after at aGoodwood trackday , after it was replaced never happened again , still to this day i go over the same humps and all is fine , my thoughts were that i was low on cc fluid , but i checked it several times
Best idea id to try and replicate the same circumstances to see if its a one of , then check your cc fluid , not the easiest thing to do i use the finger test but you need really small hands to get in there
Might be worth popping along to your local indie and get him to do it
