Anyone know anything about these bulbs and where I can get them...?

It's an angel eye conversion. I can't recall which forum the thread was on, but it's quite complex. You need to remove the units, split them, then do the conversion before re-sealing and replacing.
Looks nice, though.

Hmmm..think I'd be out of my comfort zone with that.

Removing and splitting the light units sounds tricky - I'd probably end up never getting them back together!

They are on the Maserati Life site. They can do your lights but of course you will need to send them to the States and be off the road for a couple of weeks.
