To me, it looks like he is trying to flush the mugs out as well as cementing his reputation into the Tom Hartley league of 'fleecers'. It remains to be seen whether he gets the full asking price or whether a deal can be done for a lower premium.

Bumps like that remove the likelihood of repeating the same mistakes. They didn't need a body bag, I reckon they only half filled a carrier bag.
