Stunner. It's the rare ones like these that really blow your mind. Bound to prove a great investment in the long run for someone with more money than they know what to do with.

Yep, definitely pie in the sky money Andy. Plus once they've sold it the exact number will be kept hush hush no doubt, which will likely generate lots of speculation!

Yes, to add to his other 4 in his collection probably...

Unfortunately, the owner of the above car is no longer with us. This was developed for the chap who sadly died in the Zonda crash in Watford last year.

There's one in Fort Lauderdale for 2 million USD. Only done 11km so its sat in an air conditioned room and been preserved, which is such a gosh-darned waste and probably make the guys who built it very sad...

That doesn't appear to have been modified for road use though Chris. That's what makes the one that Andy pointed out pretty special. I am not sure how many the factory will allow to be modified in this way. I guess you have to be an extremely valued client!

First one I've seen Dhanj but then you don't see many anyway as up until the end of last year you couldn't take then from the factory as that's where they all lived until race day.....A road version must be the ultimate......Imagine driving around you town in her......Would certainly cut a dash...

I would imagine there will be the odd few FXX that get modified to make them street legal as they exit the Corse Cliente program - depending on what condition they are in of course! Did you see the vid of that one that ended up in the lake?! Mind you, that one looked like it lived to fight another day.

I agree that driving it to the track must give it even greater appeal. I just think they look the dogs Andy - especially from the rear. Completely useless on any street in the UK of course but it's always the impractical ones that get the ultimate street cred ;)

They had them in the same warehouse when I was at the factory as the FXX Dhanj...It was one **** of a site..There was around 10 of each sat there in different states...SOme just not cleaned since racing some looking in top condition.....When we were in there one drove out and onto the track....The noise was just unbearable in such a small warehouse...Brilliant....I'm not a 599 fan but the 599XX just look amazing...One for the road maybe....

Totally with you there mate. I'm not a 599 fan either but when they are kitted out in race guise they look something else. And like you say, the noise of the XX cars is amazing. A 599XX for the road? Well, a client convinced Ferrari to let them have a road going version of the FXX so I guess anything is possible! ;)
