Several things to worry about here
Slight damage to an important part - namely The Wing!
Engine - no service history
Propellor - ditto
Built by enthusiast, read someone in spare time with a shed

Do propellors have a service schedule?

Even a fixed prop requires periodic inspection and logging of the same. That's really just checking for cracks, nicks, and bolt torques etc. You'd probably expect to have one reconditioned/overhauled after around 2000 hours too, provided it has never been damaged. Little nicks get dressed/filed out before they develop into cracks. The nicks generally come from little stones.
