It is about 8mm thick and in good condition. Front cover has rub marks from type of matt ink used but not really noticeable.

Cant seem to find a date? There is a code on the rear 920002075 ED.EN - a quick google brings up http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/2010-maserati-granturismo-granturismo-428276283 so looks like 2010

PS I have a Salvatore Ferragamo luggage catalogue too ("Salvatore for Maserati"). This one is not in such good condition and has a fold on cover page top right and bending to bottom right corners. White mark at top is camera shadow.
