Realising dreams is always hard but always worth it in the long run - hang on to your passions and follow your dream.

Dan,
And one thing I am sure you have thought about, while Exeter is nice, and I have no idea what your personal circumstances are, consider moving to the Midlands where you will probably be closer to far more potential customers. This has been an issue for me being in the sticks.

This could help your cause. I would love to use your services but are too far away. We have Emblem in Pool, Voicey over in the South East, CL in the middle and Marios up the top.

If you could get your business over sort of Newbury way, you would appeal to a lot more members and I think, with your continued advertising on here, capture a lot of the SM members as we need someone in that area.

Just my twopennethworth and I totally understand your frustrations.

Just one thing, Tim is a great guy I have always found him extremely helpful and diligent in his communications.

Dan, You have to do what is right for you in life, you have a dream and a passion, may you continue to follow it and see it through to its fruition, oh and please don't move to far away from the south west!

I do hope this works out for Dan (and for Tim). I second the idea of a move to a more practical location (Bristol?), but living in Devon is nice.

Good luck to you Dan, and also to Tim in whatever he goes on to do.
Given that you are the only Maserati/Ferrari specialist west of Emblem, I'd say your location is just fine. The fact that Tim would collect our cars on a loader for just the price of the diesel was always a great feature, so it would be brilliant if you could hang on to that (though it might be tricky I know).
Right now we have 4 Maseratis and 3 Ferraris, so there is some business down here in the SW. (That said, 1 of each should be leaving shortly.)

Dan, I don’t know you and never used your services, but from what I have read you have got what it takes, that will never change. Easy for me to say, but don’t worry you are already established now move forward. But stick to this forum it’s a lot more powerfull than you might think it is, the support is there, just my feeling. Good luck.

understood Dan, businesses can take time to build up but personal life also needs to continue.
thank you for all your help looking after my car, what ever happens you know you have my car to look after if you start up again and know I am willing to travel (but you were getting to my limits so please don't go further away) - please keep me posted. you should have my contact details, if not PM me and I will send it over...
