Ghibli Coolant Brands Topping up

Hello there. looked in coolant tank min level is (as you look into tank) dry so need a top up not sure of existing brand .any recommends for Ghibli Diesel Coolant brands , apologies if in wrong section please move etc regards.

It should tell you in the manual which type. I think its the blue rather than red stuff.

Check round the expansion tank incase you have a hairline fracture that is weeping under pressure and connecting hoses. You should see evidence of water round the tank if it is.

Don’t be fooled by the colour, just check the spec in the manual and find some that matches.

Personally, if it is on minimum, I would monitor it rather than too up. It’s cold at this time of year so the volume is at its lowest, it’s probably fine. If it drops further than the current cold position, then you have a leak.

Just top it up with water, if your not putting more than a litre in it with not dilute it beyond capabilities
