Gransport Xenon Flicker

Hi All,

I noticed since i bought the car that the drivers side xenon was a slightly different colour (i would say not as bright). Anyway, i have now noticed that it flickers - sometimes just slightly other times more noticeably and on one occasion it actually switched off.

Is this sign of the bulb on the way out? Or Ballast? Or loose connection even? What are the approx costs of either so i can pray it is the cheaper one......

Xenon bulbs come in different temperatures and that give a different light, the higher the temp the more blue the light is.

Bulbs have come down in price the last five years but cheap ones can shatter in cold weather...try ebay for a ballast if the bulb is not the issue.

Most likely ballast in my experience.
