Help again on Soft top

Hi

RE: Maserati Spyder 4200 2003

On the soft top there are what I would call elasticated web straps that pull the hood down to close it.

Can anyone help with where I can source such elasticated web straps and Part Number?

Also how do I find out what dimensions e.g. length they should be to successfully close the soft top.

Like many parts for the Coupe range they are likely NKA.

However some owners have used MGF parts and adapted elastic parts... there are good hood suppliers who can make them for you too.

Thanks. Just hoping someone can name what the straps should be made of their dimensions. Maybe a Part Number?

Hobby craft, get 1m of 25mm thickest white (don’t get black it’s not strong enough) elastic and a hog ring tool off eBay.

It’s a bit fiddly, you want 2x22cm stripes and open the rear portion of the roof only, put a torch in there and loop is over and hogring 3 times at each end. Job done.
