how big/heavy are tubi rear boxes?

Hi - I just wondered if anyone could tell me what size and approx weight tubi back boxes for a spyder would be?

The reason I ask is that they cost around $3500 here in Oz but I have seen them for £1700 ($2700) in the UK so wondering about either bringing them back with me on the plane or getting them shipped.

The standard back boxes are quite heavy....certainly compared to just a pair of straight through pipes....might be thick end of 15-20 kg each...standard ones

Ah so maybe an excuse to upgrade to business class so I can get them in the luggage

Thats probably not going to work then, and postage costs for that weight would probably negate the savings
