I've got an AuCar headunit in my GT

Not sure if your brand is linked to mine, but on t'other forum the Acar brand seemed positive, although not sure about on a 3200/4200.

I added a DAB aerial and 3.5mm mic to mine. Radio and phone calls are great now. Also need to get my rev camera sorted.

It's great having Google maps, music, DAB etc

Look into Car Launcher Pro to customise the home screen to avoid it looking like a chinese Star Trek display. Quite happy with mine now (tweaked a bit since this):

I will check with my supplier on this hardware, it’s a generic unit with obvs a custom made bezel.

Looks interesting for sure.
A bit of a description to go with it would be nice.
However antiquated now the original system is, I would miss the HVAC and trip computer display/functions.

I think some of them can read ecu data to get a feed for mpg etc not saying this one can however.

Interesting placement of the hazard warning button. Would need a solution for RHD and curious whether it would pass MOT as it seems very small.

A bit alarming that the advert says its will fit the 3200. I mean where are you supposed to put the AC controls, or for that matter the whole guts of the AC controller behind the controls.
