I may have to get oily

Due to a failure to communicate my car won't be going in for a service tomorrow. The parts are on DHL Express from Eurospares, and I have a potential backup, but I really don't want to drive to Leeds next week without getting it done.

Having said that: It's just an oil change? Plug looks pretty easy to get to? Filter looks pretty easy to get to. Is there anything that lies in wait to catch the unwary / cack handed?

Ooooo Errrrrr. It should hopefully be straight forward, it's when something goes awry and you don't have the means to rectify it at home it becomes a problem.

Yes. My concern exactly. I have a concern about the oil filter ( cartridge with cap). Vin check is OK but.....
