Had to happen didn't it?
Not used the car for 5 days and battery is flat (new last dec)
Is there there a jump start procedure or am
I ok to put jump leads on it ?
Appreciate any quick replies !

Jump leads should be fine, just be careful. At least I'd do it to mine. It's probably not recommended.

Jump start pack is much better.

Thanks for the quick reply, popped the charger on while I await atillas return to try the jump leads !

Don't know why it's flattened, at least 10miles per day
Newish Bosch s5 battery

Last long run was last Monday 100 miles

My 4200 did that and it turned out to be the tracker. If you have a tracker fitted and it's battery dies then it will draw from your main battery and flatten it quite quickly. Having said that my battery (new I might add) will still go flat after 5 days inactivity. I had it tested and there is no draw on the battery but I would be interested as to what systems are kept live whilst at rest if any. I'd go by the book with regards jump starting etc, just in case of spikes doing nasties to ECU's etc.
