A little photo of my car. It is odd how big the Ferrari's are. The one furthest away is a 612.

Love my 4200 the shape is just beautiful and they are a proper 4 seat Grand Tourer.

OK, don't shoot me but since the GT has come out I think the 4200 looks rather dated.......After all the basic shape has been around since 1997.....Still love it but its def from the past.....

Come on Andy you know retro is the way forward and sheer value for money they tick all the boxes. Now that you are a Moderator we are going to have to get you out of German and French motors asap.

Either its got style or it doesn't...I think it has, so not terribly relevant if old or not...Ferrari have produced some awful looking cars too, whether recent or past

It's amazing how some cars can make otherwise pretty sleek and stylish cars like ours look really quite bloated and frumpy! But if it takes an Aventador to do that I don't much mind.

Dem, I'm with you on Ferraris. I would dearly love a 599 but the running costs and the 2-seat impracticality make it a wholly pointless lust. That and the fact that I don't have 85k kicking around. And if I did I'd put it aside for an ex-demo Stradale with 4 seats. That said... would even that give me something I don't already have? That's the thing with these Maser GTs, whether it's a 4200, a GS or a GT... they're bloody brilliant!

I was following an Aventador on a B road blast about 3 weeks ago. I bet he was sick of the sight of mine by the time we got to Sheffield; no matter what he did he couldn't shake me and the 458 behind couldn't keep up with us! And to think that in the last 6 months each will have lost more in depreciation than my car is worth. Mind you, the guy with the 458 spyder has just sold it and is about to pick up an F12. I don't think I'll be keeping up with that bad boy!

The only reason the 458 behind you could not keep up Benny, was because he could not steer the car as he was cupping his hands
over his ears to stop them bleeding from the Spyder infront ;-)
