Give Myles at Emblem and Tim at FTech a call re the condition as they have both has it in for work.

Does appear by the history to have moved about the country a bit.

On top of all the other stuff do have a look underneath, around the rear arches and under the rear tail lights for signs of any corrosion.
Although they don't suffer greatly from rust if it has been used through the winter salty months it can be problem. It is Italian don't forget!

Both subframes rot from the inside out, ideally get it on a ramp for a proper inspection, most look very good on top

They 'normally' go in the same place too, just by the OSF wheel! They can be fixed (welded) to a high standard, a certain well respected Indy send theirs to a certain well respected welder who did mine to a high standard a few years back. No issues since.

Look inside the boot lid inside edge too, open boot fully then trace it from the lock mech to both corners of the boot lid, I think its from rain / cleaning, water sits behind the rubber seal..

Morning all, well I’m glad I logged in this morning, due to go and have a look at this on Tuesday. Looks a good price for the right colour and gearbox for me. However the gear linkage is a worry as is the heater matrix.
Will still go and check it out but has given me some fantastic information to make sure I do not miss anything. Thanks all.
If anyone else has or knows of a similar Manual for sale please let me know. Would prefer silver or grey and must be Manual.
. I think you are reading too much into the gear change thing....
The mechanism at the gearbox is on the back acle( that’s the gearbox) it is exposed and vulnerable to the wet and road detritus of everyday life.. It needs servicing on a regular basis if you want it to work. Don’t buy a manual if you don’t like this idea...!
Me.. I knew I wanted a manual. It’s not a big job beyond getting access.
I personally think the glazing leaks are a serious issue.. what do I know ?
