Lose centre duct air seal?

Found a loose rubber thing hanging in front of the radiator. I guess it's the centre duct air seal. Can i stick it back to the original slot by removing the front grill?
The car has just come back from indie for replacing a leaky radiator. Could it be made loose by the indie?

Looks like they have not put everything back properly..!!

I don't think its an air seal. There are a few rubber strips in that radiator assembly which are to stop various bits from rubbing on each other, or to provide a gentle pressure on the radiator, i would agree that it has not been put back together properly. I would get it fixed however i had a bracket not fitted right when i bought the car and and it rubbed a hole in the oil/steering radiator and i had to replace it.

This weekend i pull out the grill and put the plastic strip back to place. It was part number 1 in the diagram.
